Prices/Payment
All prices quoted on the website are quoted New Zealand dollars excluding GST. GST will be added to your order. Orders from Overseas customers will not include any sales taxes. Although we strive to do provide correct pricing and product description, Wellington Provedoring will not be liable for any incorrect description or price, for this reason we reserve the right to refuse any orders. On receipt of order you will be advised of shipping costs any GST content if applicable. Unless you are a Wellington Provedoring account holder full payment will be required before the goods are dispatched.

International Customs and Import Duties
Overseas customers will be responsible for any customs, brokerage fees and import duties.

Shipping/Freight
Unless specified by the customer your order will dispatched by the most economical carrier. Track and trace details in New Zealand or Airway Bill/ Shipping details for overseas customers will be forwarded on to the customer for any pre-clearance requirements.

Returns
Wellington Provedorings customer satisfaction is our aim, so if you are not 100% happy with your product we have a 30 day right of return policy. As long as the goods arrive back to us in as new condition we will gladly exchange, replace or credit the items. Please return all paperwork with goods. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned goods. We are unable to accept returns such as cut lengths of rope, chain, Wire, tinted Marine paint or special order items. Any shipping charges incurred by Wellington Provedoring are non-refundable.
